I have been waiting to do this painting for a while.
I started much looser than yesterday's painting. I think that helped keep the painting fresh for a longer period of time.

LOVE your figures, name for this one...hmmm "Yesterday" thats what sprang to mind as soon as I looked at it, she seems to be lost in that sort of day dream when you find an old photo of think about times long past, kind of sad but also very beautiful.
Yes, 'Yesterday' seems like an excellent title, but I want this painting! so I'll be thinking of a title as well.
You are very good with portraits. I especially like her shirt. Those are some of my favorite greens.
She is so lovely, but rather sad. I would call this "Silent Resignation".

She looks like she's watching kids misbehaving and she's just about to do something about it - I'd call it "Grandma's Wearin' Green" because when Grandma has her green blouse on, you don't want to mess with her!
The painting is very nice. The expression on her face is meek/humble. I'd call it "Turn the Other Cheek".

No need to worry, adding more cad. orange to a painting will only warm the picture, not the planet!
