When to stop?

I need to bring this painting to a conclusion... but how?  Stepping  back is always a good beginning.

Time to make the closing arguments

 I know I need to detail the foam. It needs to float on the surface and I need to clean up the wave on the right side.

I think one more day and I should be thinking of a title. Something about the rising tide and the lifting fog.
