Last month was my first trip to Mt. Katahdin in Baxter State Park. What a place to paint!!! I did several plein air pieces that day and took a bunch of photos. The morning started so foggy we could not see the mountains but as the clouds and mist lifted and the sky opened up, this is the view I witnessed.
