Daily Painting Practice - Two Egg Heads

It looks like the beginning of a cartoon. I should have a contest for best caption.
Here's my entry
" Hey Tweetie, what do think about this new daily painting movement?"
" I think daily painting is so egg-istenial"

I tried to stick with the basic forms as long as possible before adding any detail.

As kids, we called soft boiled eggs "dip-it eggs". We would have the eggs in holders like these with the top of the shell and egg cut off. Then we would cut long thin slices of toast and dip them into the gooey yellow yolk. Delicious!

This painting is very kid like. Maybe that's why I had so much fun painting it? The chicks seem to be having a great conversation. I wonder what a child would have them saying?

ART PHILOSOPHY 101: Art should be fun. Go, have fun today.
