Progress for the Birds-

I'm back to my bird series. My progress is progressing at a snails pace however. Still, I love  painting birds almost as much as I do watching them. I am amazed at the variety I have seen since moving here to Maine.  And especially out my back door.

A pair of  blue jays has been here all through the winter.  I noticed their song seems to have changed now that spring is in the air... perhaps that is what they are shouting.
